Outsourcing this daily task has allowed me to scale my business tremendously.

I would like to outsource the property management piece and find someone who can manage the properties effectively and has a great track record.Appreciate any perspective anyone has on finding a great property management company in the Cincinnati area.

We are looking to oursource some of the tasks in our business, mostly around property management and would like to hear experiences of others who have done this.What we are looking to outsource includes the following:Taking tenant callsShowing the propertiesSigning lease paperworkWe invest in rural areas, so property management companies do not exist.We are looking to hire someone directly for this.  

@Charles CoastonHi,I am far from being an expert in this field, But as part of my research I have talked to several investors who hire SDR's or even outsource a call center in the Philippines. 

Don't try this without following his guidelines, but if you could telecommute 2 - 3 days a week (outsourcing much of the repetitive bits while you're at it), you'll recover a full 24 hours+ that you can pour into real estate sales / investing.

If that is not how you wish to spend your time them then I would suggest looking into to outsourcing that part of your business model to a professional so that you can spend your time doing other things more inline with what you know or like to do.IF you look to hire a PM company I would suggest that you ask them some serious questions to make sure your goals and business model aligns with theirs.. remember just because they are a management company does not mean you have the same values and goals, if this is the case then the business relationship will not work.Below are some good questions to ask a PM company you are interviewing.. if they cannot answer these questions you may want to consider how well they run their own company.Questions to Ask prospective management companies       What are your average days on market for vacant homes?

As stated above though, my hope for the subsequent deals is to work under others who are successful to learn the lead generation business to find off market properties, distressed/foreclosed homes, learning how to properly outsource rehab work thereafter, etc.If anyone can recommend companies or individuals in the Northern Virginia area that I could reach out to, I'd appreciate that.Thanks in advance for taking the time out to read this!

This is why we want to build a team so we can use our strengths and outsource our weaknesses.  

It is decent money for building capital slowly but the margins are too small to outsource anything and mechanical work isn't exactly fun!

I've been handwriting or typing letters myself to our list with plans to use first deal profits to outsource.
