,maybe along the borders of two states or country's there are little sections where it's not sure who controls it. one instance would be where a river was the boundary but over the years it moved Or here in Oklahoma I own a few acres in one county and there is a section of land between me and a neighbor both our property's have been surveyed so we know its there and also know of others just like it Its never been on the tax roll and its not claimed by a tribe as Indian landI guess it would be called abandoned land And someone could use The Law of Adverse Possession

I didnt finish college till I was 23 and I was in the Army too so I wasnt really seriously going till age 24.

They -are- building more on-base housing, but lets face it, 10-15k soldiers coming back within a 2 month span, and sure lets even say 1/3 of them PCS to another duty station or leave the army entirely within 3 months.

The ARM has a much lower payment that the 15 year and I can cash flow much better with the ARM. I

Hi, I am looking at putting up a house for rent and managing it my self in Indian. 

I'm set to begin medical school and hopefully an army contract next year, so I figure a little supplemental income and building what I can in that time may be nice, but not necessarily necessary. 

I do not know where the Army will send me when I leave Korea, but the areas that would be my top 5 are: (no particular order)Fort Eustis, VAFort Carson, COFort Hood, TXFort Lee, VAFort Lewis, WAThere is method to my top 5 based on the job I need next, the areas that I like, and the probability of staying at that location for an extended duration (need 6 years stability).
