Granted, in spirit, it's the same as potentially using my POA in our current model - in the sense that we're authorizing a loan to ourselves (making payments too, of course), and then we would subsequently release our own loan after the R&T refi closes.I know we could just use the fam's cash, without the private loan bit, and do a cash-out refi, absorbing the slightly elevated interest rate.

We looked at an office building with great numbers but upon closer look noticed that one tenant represented 50% of all the income in the build and there lease was about up, and it was also the only office building in area without an elevator.

They hire the best to run the speeches but you never hear from those guys again, Once you pay those giant sums, you are left to deal with some girls over the phone that keep being replaced (I went through three girls so far), When you call the office is not even identified as anything to do with Chad (The Guru?)
