Does anyone have some insight they could shed on this?

From there my goal is to optimize the plan and the processes so that my wife can join me and shed her day job within 24 months.At this point in my research it seems like a combination of flipping and BRRRR is a good way to begin, but I am very interested in any advice you guys might have from the real world.If anyone reading this is in the Spring/The Woodlands/Conroe area and would like to grab some coffee (or something stronger), definitely hit me up!

I would highly recommend that you contact a local agent who can review you needs more thoroughly and shed a better light on your specific situation.

Also, I think they love the tiny house idea (she sheds, man caves, etc.)

If a unit has an undercover area for parking and a tool shed in the garden, is a garage a must? 

- We painted the entire place, renovated the bathrooms and ran electricity out to the 350 sq ft shed
