@Brie Schmidt You mentioned you do a open house.. in the case that the apartment is occupied by a tenant at the time, are you able to just get their permission to step out during the time?

With permission we can send call ins right out to it and don't have to make the trip.

Sounds like a very bad relationship.I would focus on the entry to fix without permission and. decreased use of property when trying to get the deposit back.

You actually need the judge's permission to appoint a special process server.

You'll need written permission from the potential tenant and there may be some fees.
