I am merely answering a question on how would you structure a partnership/LLC for loan options.In my personal investing, this is never a problem because we use the BRRR strategy and only do deals that pencil at 70% CLTV after the rehab is completed IN SCENARIOS WHEN I get my initial downpayment money back.

It really escapes me.)Also merely on bank underwriting, a house can not not be underwritten for a mortgage less than every 90 days...so you typically need to hold any property that is financed for at least that amount of time.Now I have a vague memory that if you buy or sell a certain amount of homes within a year, that the real estate commission will require you to get a license.
