Why not simplify things and have the business own the vehicle, pay for the fuel used in the vehicle, pay for the insurance on the vehicle, pay for the maintenance on the vehicle, etc.?

One, of course location, another amenities at the dock, fuel, dump station, condition of the ramps, depth of the water, what the docks are made of (decking of concrete or treaded lumber) covered, uncovered and the list goes on.

If the house is already wired for cable tv, I would have no problem with it if they mount the dish to a pole in the yard.
