It's really interesting to hear about other cultures, especially in terms of real estate.This tenant just moved in a couple months ago.

I believe they have the systems, processes and culture I am looking for.

Which is strange to me, since all Spanish cultures like goat.  

My current tenants prefer to pay in person, which I hear is a cultural thing in the hispanic community.However, I recently came across a gentleman starting a new cloud service that is appealing: Turbo Tenant is free for the landlord to set up, and there are features for vetting applicants as well as receiving online payments (http://www.turbotenant.com/#free-landlord-software) This guy's claim is that most tenants would prefer to pay online.

Once you decide what you want to do is to set some goals and each goal can have several pieces that allow you to celebrate more as you seek them out. 

You'll have to look for the cultural equivalent of that revitalization.
