Linky link.The Department of Housing and Urban Development announced it suspended the reduction of Mortgage Insurance Premiums, effective immediately.HUD sent out an announcement just an hour after President Trump was sworn in on Friday, stating that the cuts have been suspended indefinitely.The letter, found here, stated that the FHA will issue a subsequent Mortgagee Letter at a later date should this policy change.

Another recent announcement is the McKesson HQ moving from San Francisco to Irving, TX.  

The court will announce the offer in first position and then ask for any overbids.

Moved to Buffalo a couple of years ago for work and when I got here they announced the Buffalo Billions and things started to pick up.I want to get in on the ground floor.

I hope he makes an announcement this weekend to open up. 

Historically it is a mining town (the Climax molybdenum (steel hardener) mine is still active there and is still the biggest employer, although they just announced they're reducing operations by 50%).

They have announced their initial bid at 25k.
