I’ve just discovered BP this week.

I've just started to do my first mailing- Purchased the list off of ListSource.- Filtered by owners who have received Lis Pendens over the past 12 months.- Restricted my search to just a few towns:  Englewood, Dumont, Bergenfield, Fort Lee, Leonia, Hackensack, Leonia,   These are all close to where I live.- I only had about 250 matches. 

The 1031 won't work because I've just read that the government doesn't consider buying to flip as hold holding for investment.

In the past i've just referred them to some mortage brokers I like but I'm starting to wonder if i'm passing up a good opportunity here.

I just recently found out about bigger pockets through my neighbor. 

My fiance recently found out she got into UW for her PHD.

I've just joined the first day, but see that people here have so much experience and knowledge that I can learn.
