Simply sealing edges so that water cant soak into edge grain of cabinet bottom will prevent the major damage we see.

You just have to get your letter (rather its yellow, green blue, or soaked in gold) there first...There's no way to predict rather somene will be motivated.

(I too am new but trying to soak it all up in the forums and podcasts and looking for an experienced investor that I can do some work for in exchange for learning the ropes better.)Text post card- Is simply as stated, a post card with a message written on it stating in one way or another that you want to buy their house.Large post card will be simply a larger postcard, possibly even large enough to require the normal price stamp as opposed to the post card stamp.
