Ethics is not really you religious convictions, but ethical conduct includes religious standards, no to steel, pay as agreed, keeping a promise, no lying, don't deceive, treat others as you want to be treated.

I believe the military for example, in adminstrative tasks, identifies that the average leader can manage no more than 12 others and effectively perform.

Does anyone else find it ironic that the term guru is also a religious term (Hinduism and Buddhism)?
