I don't vet my Vrbo guests, but they are a higher caliber than many of the Air crowd.My high rates screen out many undesirable.I do make sure they pay a pet fee if bringing pets.I have exterior cameras to keep track of things but have never had any issues in a very long time.

I bought a home for my 19 yr old daughter to own.the assessor showed up with a camera as I was gutting it walls windows doors everything.The assessor explained to me that the city had a program in place whereby the assessment for a home in need of extensive repair would be adjusted & a moratorium on tax increases would be good for 5 years.

Not fully abandoning design, as it can be packaged in, but rather design alone just isn't worth an agent's time.To kickstart the photography aspect will take a little bit of cash as my camera is pretty out-dated and I could use some real estate specific lenses.
