Well I'm still a new Investor in FL, looking to connect with other investors about potential deals and learn more about the market, specifically in the Miami-Dade and Broward county.I'm living in Miami Gardens right now.

I'll be taking my Reak Estate exam next week and I've interviewed Better Homes and Gardens-Gary Greene, Berkshire Hathaway- Premier Properties, and will be interviewing JLA Realty and Next Home Realty Friday, and someone from EXP realty soon after.All have such good pros and cons that it's making it nearly impossible to choose.

It's garden tools, ice scrapers, lamps, ropes, rugs and gasoline that kill people.

The developers will set up all the maintenance contracts i.e. gardening, pool cleaning, security, engineering etc. and manage them for the first six months.

You can't really charge a lot more in rent just because you had landscape done by award-winning gardeners.

A nice pretty rock garden it maintenance free. 

I've got a property in Chicago that I'm picking up for 276K. 4 Units currently renting at $1150 for three units and $950 for the garden Unit.

The Babbling books (in the back yard),  a vertical garden (which I am obsessed with, Eames furniture… the works!

The architects also want rain gardens and reclaim rain water to flush toilets.  

I'm sure with their gardens the Japanese have some beautiful ones you can look at!
