That compounded by the fact that there is no limitation on supply, the land seems infinite to develop.I'm not in this for quick liquidity reasons, but do people have concerns about even selling in 10 years from now - the supply just seems to be over the top.

With the amount of work you need to put into a BRRRR, I always want to shoot to get all my money back on the refinance for infinite returns.Here's another way to look at it though: if this property was listed as a turnkey rental (post rehab) on the MLS in this crazy market, it would sell for $300K.
