It'd be interesting to see how one holds up with someone taking a shower, running the washing machine and the dish washer all at the same time.I would not consider them at all for an apartment.

We were do a foundation dig out and my excavator ( who is a chatty Cathy) is saying if he has to do a job for him ( and he does a bunch this guy builds 50 plus houses a year) that he only does what he is contracted to do and made the point of say if there is a little dirt mound over there and I can move my machine over in 20 seconds and move the dirt in another 1 minute I am not going to do it period..

Hi Jake- just my take on things but:1) I have duplicates of all linens so that while the dirty stuff is being washed, the clean stuff can be put on the beds (stuffing that duvet into a duvet cover takes a bit of time...) 2) Get a fast laundry machine, I cheaped out on a recent set and it takes forever. bad idea.3) Discuss options with your cleaners.

They moved in, paid on time and didn't give us any issuesThen we get a call that the dryer stopped working - they overloaded it and claimed it wasn't their fault - we paid for itThen we asked them to change their air filters - They gave us an issue with it even though it was in our leaseThen the washing machine motor failed - they loaded too many clothes - they didn't pay for it and we continued to keep themWe then decided to visit their apartment because we got a bit suspicious and wanted to make sure things were not being damaged.
