I have no anxiety when dealing with my core group of buyers and probably less stress when I do deal with buyers I haven't worked with before than selling to traditional buyers with inspections, mortgages, and just a unsure attitude. 

I selected Financials due to interest rates, property tax changes, and seller attitudes. 

You are involved in doing real estate flips, and management while having a conservative attitude towards acquiring properties.

I don't necessarily subscribe to that, I'm more of a work/life balance guy, but I can tell you I love his attitude and mentality and was pretty much ready to take on the entire world all by my self every time I listened to it.So, not educational but definitely motivational along with many good take-aways.

But then again, my attitude is one of service. 

Their attitude was that even if they spent $100k and made a huge mistake, it would be worth it for the learning experience.

Most owners in my area experience an increase of 20 percent vacancies and 100 percent increase in expenses as well as a 900 percent don't give a f**** attitude towards their properties and tenants when they turn properties over to a PM.SOLUTION: 1.

And they don't have to move out either, technically.COVID, and that State & County's reaction to it, has made my attitude toward SoCal housing sour completely, and I cannot wait to be out of that market, even if it has been a cash cow for us over the years.If you'd like a recommendation for a property management company, please message me. 

They however were only concerned about my end of the contract (prepayment penalty) not their responsibility for their part of the contract.The judge said their “bookkeeping was negligent at best and their attitude about it appalling”.They of course are now appealing the decision and continue to try to bully me into just going away.
