I've just financed third investment property and have my private home.

I’ve just considered buying in more growing communities.

Of course there are numerous ways to find properties for sale but I've just been browsing the typical websites(Zillow,trulia etc.) and homes are priced pretty high out here these days.

I currently live in a condo that I have a mortgage on and recently found another condo down the street from were I live that is in a good area but needs some work.

I've just always wanted to ask this question as so many podcasts are about getting started, how to find the money to buy the houses etc..but I've only found 1 podcast that addressed actually paying the properties off.   

I've just started learning about the virtual flipping concept.
