The good thing is it's about 0.4 acres and at the end of a no-outlet circle.I would like to move to a new location.

I wanted to find out if I can convert it into a room ,extend the ac into that area ,electric outlets and then if possible add a restroom with shower.

I specialize in $60K to $90K, basic homes, but I'm really selling the financing, NOT the property.My ad on this unit (I have to roof, paint exterior, add a couple of outlets, another outside spigot, add a bit of landscaping, fencing, new front door and replace a couple of A/C ducts( will read; FSBO, 2/2 in XXX, owner will finacne with $2,000 down payment, call 999-9999.

Assuming your investment proposal is a good one and you have already ownership of a particular property or properties within your business.....creating a website and promoting that website through different media outlets in the internet should increase your exposure exponentially.take care!

@Michael Davis I would start by cross-referencing your list with any clubs, websites, or social media outlets that focus on REI. 

Here is what we are wanting done.Exterior- New siding, painted, Large 2 story deck, stone staircase leading to the front doorInterior- New engineered hardwood floor, tile, paint, trim, carpet, electrical outlets, bathrooms (there will be 4 total) New kitchen to include counter tops, cabinets, appliancesPlus the demo of the current state of affairs to get us there.

It's kind of hard to explain, but it is like they fanned out from the center box to all the outlets.
