Thanks @LaShelle Stewart Here are my rough numbers:Interior ($6,000.00), includes:- paint- electrical (replace all outlets/switches, fixtures, etc)- backsplash- plumbing (replace toilet, faucets, etc)- repair damaged doors and carpentryExterior Paint ($4,000.00)13 Windows Replaced ($4,000)Carpentry (wood repair)  - $2,000.00Install additional bath $4,000 laborInstall vinyl plank flooring ($1,000.00)Repointing $2,800Re-pour concrete pathway - $2,600Keep in mind, this is the amount I am out of pocket.

Assuming your investment proposal is a good one and you have already ownership of a particular property or properties within your business.....creating a website and promoting that website through different media outlets in the internet should increase your exposure exponentially.take care!

Here is what we are wanting done.Exterior- New siding, painted, Large 2 story deck, stone staircase leading to the front doorInterior- New engineered hardwood floor, tile, paint, trim, carpet, electrical outlets, bathrooms (there will be 4 total) New kitchen to include counter tops, cabinets, appliancesPlus the demo of the current state of affairs to get us there.
