SFR investing was a highly fragmented mom/pop "industry" until 10 years ago and really the last 5 as the REITS achieved some scale.  2020-2022 added fuel to the narrative:  large institutional landlords buying up property, average person/family chasing rising prices and now rates kick in to really drive (un)affordability issues. 

If any old fuel had remained, I would have had to pay a disposal company by the gallon to pump the tanks and discard the fuel appropriately.

While I'm sorry this happened to an installment sale buyer, it does add that much more fuel to my "CFDs are bad" fire.Can you post a link to the case?

There is also a bunk house, three large pole barns (roughly 12,000 sq. ft.) 90,000 bushels worth of grain storage, a grain dryer and a barn.  

Installed one in each bedroom, in the expanded 11x10 bathroom & another between the kitchen & living room.I use double poled thermostats in each room & they are very pleased with the efficiency of the units.
