The best thing is just to find a group that you feel comfortable with.I've tried searching RealtyTrac, Foreclosure.com, Auction.com, and others, and none of them have data as comprehensive as what the bid service teams can provide.

Some things as a startup landlord you'll want to keep in mind when selecting a software:Does it have integrated payment processing solutions, ACH, credit card, etc.Does it provide you background screening reports, and how comprehensive and accurate are those reports.Does it give you a place where your tenant can login to make payments and/or view their account.There's a lot of great packages out there that would work well for 4 units and grow with you.
