I'm Looking into DSCR but am not sure if they'll do cross border lending.

Stuck with Cook County taxes and laws, but right on the border of Will County.

I have a couple of thoughts:1) This property is yes, technically in the city of Denver, but come on it's right on the border with Englewood and farther south than most people consider "Denver" to be.

It's located in northern Kentucky, 10 minutes from the border of Ohio and the city of Cincinnati.

The banking, legal, entity formation etc was very taboo from my perspective north of the border, and the turnkey company took care of that challenge.

I currently live in Evergreen Park Illinois which is a south suburb right on the border of Chicago so anyone in the area or even out of the area let's connect, inspire, and all grow!

I actually ended up buying the lot next door to this house (1 acre) at an undersized property auction for $500 because it was only good to a bordering property.

The place was border line should have been condemned and scarred away anyone not offended by the owner.

As for off market, ive seen some good ones, of course theres always more bad/on the border than there are good but that comes with the territory right.
