As seasoned investors in San Diego and Newport Beach we are now pursuing SFR's that can legally accommodate and/or already have ADU's on them.

An investor friend of mine had it on one of her rental houses (that was actually local to her), and they promptly replaced a Cental A/C unit (and changed the associated duct work to accommodate the new unit) without asking a question.She can't say enough good things about the company.

You are required to make reasonable accommodations for them.

I would think the city would want to try to accommodate potential buyers so that could sell their pink elephants.

Most would be considered "location-challenged", in the sense that it can only accommodate a similar business and cannot be converted to a general retail-commercial space.- Given my AGI (150k+), I believe I can’t take advantage of tax benefits, making it harder to justify the deal.

You know what you need you just need to find those that can accommodate them.

I can understand someone who knows nothing about landlording being a little hesitant about it.Our AZ PM is pretty good, pretty accommodating about keeping us informed and letting us make decisions.
