KeyGlee ATL is one as well as New Western

I'm using a lender close to me in western NY but I would think others in the area offer it.  

If only they had an east - west rail that connected Boston and Western Mass.

Thinking about investing out of state (for a rental property) in South Western Lubbock TX and had a few questions:1) For those already doing this, do you prefer college kids rentals or single family homes?

I am run a 62 unit portfolio in the western suburbs of Chicago, and we use Zillow despite the somewhat annoying fee.

I work with New Western and would love to connect with you and your partners. 

Windgap, Chartiers City, western part of Sheraden, Westwood, Oakwood. 

This is not easy to find in western Pennsylvania, which is why the DIY approach pays greater dividends here than in most places. 

I’m looking to fix and flip, I have tried to network with wholesellers but when I run the data it seems like a bad deal, also in the Facebook groups many wholesellers are with big companies like new western and are charging a non refundable emd of $5,000.00.

Currently in the western mass area by the way.
