Same carpet, floor coverings, same paint for the entire 21 years, plus when the water heater quit, the tenant put in a new hot water heater himself.I've had a tenant put a deck on a house and recently a tenant added a "sports court" to their rental property.Its not for everybody and there are bad things that happen, but over all has been a good experience.

People flock to Bend Oregon but I think for things to do and water sports etc and no state income tax Wenatchee is pretty good choice.
