For those of you investing in Garden City, MI.

Hi BP looking for a good Attorney and CPA in and around Garden city mi.

@Steve Majors i am a lincensed builder in the area and do a TON of work in areas from Garden City, Westland, northville, canton, plymouth, novi, commerce, farmington hills and of course livonia. most of the work is for my 40+ houses but some of it is for other investors from BP (in and out of state)

At the garden variety level it's all the same product with the same performance but different addresses. 

The Wayne County tax auction @ www.waynecountytreasurermi.com starts next month and the properties include the cities that surround Detroit, (such as redford, westland, garden city, dearborn, etc.) the available properties will be listed starting 8/18/17.  

Hey everyone,My girlfriend and I are currently in the market for a 3-4 unit property ($480k or under) in the Chicago Humbolt Park / Logan Square / Belmont Gardens area and after 5 months or so on the MLS / open houses / bidding wars we were thinking of going a different route.

I am a builder and my crew works on my 50 houses in Westland and garden City.

Try making the REIA meeting tonight at 5:00pm at the Hilton Garden Inn, you'll meet plenty of investors killing it here in Springfield. 

We have three units that are "garden" units with cement sub floor.

The reason I plan to kick them all out at the same time is because I feel like they would scare off better tenants if they are still occupying their apartments and smoking in them, leaving their crap all over the laundry room, etc. without seeing the apartments, I am estimating about $15,000 per renovation plus I am building a garden unit in the basement (which I will live in, this is a house hack).
