Hi Jonathan,Thanks for your comment.One key word "Greed"There is too much of it going on there.Many operators are going 100 mph and are just pumping the numbers without caring too much about the quality.It also difficult to find trustworthy people as everyone seems to be caught up in making profit.Thanks
