1031 Qualified Intermediary Reco

Hello!  I've been a long-time lurker on these forums enjoying the wonderful advice you all have been gracious to share.  I'm looking to sell one of my  properties near Orlando to pick up one or two SFRs in the Houston suburbs for ease of management and would like to do a 1031 like-kind exchange for tax deferment.  Does anyone have a recommendation for a trustworthy 1031 Qualified Intermediary with experience in the Houston area?  Thanks in advance!!!

@Rusha Jayasuriya - As most people will tell you, your QI doesn't need to be local or even familiar with your market because the QI business is a national thing. The more important part is someone with a good reputation of being trustworthy, competent, and reliable. 

In that regard I am sure @Dave Foster can help you find someone.......he just doesn't like to toot his own horn, but a simple search of him will reveal many many comments about him helping others with their exchanges.
