Honestly, if that was me...I'd put a new coat of white paint on the cabinets, slap some Euro handles on and put the cheapest granite you could find down...you should be able to do that for 500 dollars and that's all you need!

A little dry wall mud and a fresh coat of paint would be normal.Bigger holes than that then yes keep what is needed to cover above normal wear and tear and document it.

I agree that in a bedroom is a bad idea, and the bathroom both doesn't look big enough and if you are renting by the room, would likely pose an issue.The next most common area would be to lose a coat closet.

If the finish is damaged, but clean, you may be able to rescue the sheen by added a clear coat designed to work with the epoxy brand.Before doing anything, call the company that applied the finish.
