Supplemental health insurance here can be difficult for small companies and owner operators ... but there are often professional associations (such as those for consultants and realtors) which collectively purchase insurance for their members.With one of my previous companies we had a sales office in Raleigh, NC ... health insurance in your country was a serious burden for a small company.

I don't think flips are really a big thing in this state, at least I'm not aware of many people that do them.Long term goals are to be able to acquire enough properties to be able to retire at a modest age with income to supplement my 401k which I continue to contribute to healthily.
