I appreciate the feedback, and completely understand that it’s hard to make a judgement call without knowing the location or having complete information.  

I've got my own syndication company, so I doubt I'll be investing with SPI, but I certainly will not pass judgement upon them based on this post. 

I believe you can use them to file a judgement, but don't plan on seeing anything come from that.

I am hoping to motion for a default judgement.

I have been using a company that has just gotten a judgement a year after I submitted the case to them. 6 months was locating and sending letters to collect before using the courts.

I'm finding that in a lot of counties/states it is not possible to find out if or what judgements and leins are on a property.
