I'm looking to incorporate sometime within the next week, as my lender only deals with Corporations. 

Question:If I used the HML which requires me to incorporate, would I still be able to use the bank for 3 properties later on as the properties wouldn’t be under my personal name?

(I.e. simplicity, dashboards, graphic layouts, floorplans)How many roles would operate this tool?

My husband and I own short term rental properties with another incorporated company and want to do the same here but want to ensure we do it right to work around the taxes.The current portfolio is Index Funds with 35% equity and 65% fixed income.

If after all that you still can't find at least 3 comparable properties, then consider incorporating the different style of home but with understanding that the comp may have sold higher or lower than your subject property because of its different style. 

For example, I need to submit my State STR license, my operating agreement, the articles of incorporation and show percentages of ownership for the entities.

I'm interested in corporate rentals (CR) and wondering what success/challenges others have faced.Here's my basic thesis: Acquire a mid/high quality property in a market with several corporate offices (preferably multi-nationals).

i wonder if they'll factor that into a newer version to REALLY help. because thats something that the future investors need to understand, to really be able to get out of the rat race. the credit game is a whole game in itself. maybe they can incorporate it somehow since you have the debt you have to pay in the balance sheet?
