@Sharon Vornholt, I just come across a probate case with 2 executors who happen to live in the same mailing address, however, they don't have the same last name, I assume they are just domestic partners (male and female).

I used a female-handwriting font called Jessica (happens to be my wife's name) for the letter and the addresses on the outside and got a 26% response rate for absentee owners.

If you listen to News Radio and Sports Radio 10 minutes a day youll have all of the ammunition you need to strike a conversation up with a male and if you spend an hour or so at Macys / Nordstroms studying Purses and Shoes youll have the same for females...

not sure about Denver but real estate sales on the west coast is completely female dominated.. far more female agents then male agents.
