rallied and within 2 years was making doctor and lawyer wages on commission.. then 5 years later bought my first investment property as I had saved up for a REAL down payment.. but I did buy my personal RESI within one year of working.. so at 19 I had a home in Milpitas CA that I paid 80k for ..
