I'm also thinking about mid-term rental - I read that there are a bunch of hospitals that hire lots of travel nurses in Phoenix area, so I'm hoping to rent to travel doctors/nurses too.

And so it's kinda hard all my doctors are in Somersworth because help up here was non existent so it's either finding a place closer or driving 2 1/2 hrs on a regular basis.

I just had a tenant give notice and am considering furnishing my rental and having it be short term housing (3 months or more) for nurses/doctors as it is close to a major hospital or corporate as it is very close to Downtown Dallas.

rallied and within 2 years was making doctor and lawyer wages on commission.. then 5 years later bought my first investment property as I had saved up for a REAL down payment.. but I did buy my personal RESI within one year of working.. so at 19 I had a home in Milpitas CA that I paid 80k for .. ( now worth 750K  lol)  and there ya go a career is made

I had one estate where the children decided not to probate the property of their father because he has cancer, their father owed several hundred thousand dollars to Doctors and hospitals, his estate was only worth about 70K$, so they just took the personal possessions they wanted and walked away.
