Freshman's book is a bit academic for my taste.

I enjoyed reading the book, I found it very inspiring and informative and I appreciate how the book shows you real world examples on how you can build your real estate fortune.However I see one major problem that is like a 800 lb gorilla in the room.

He has a book where he has been buying at the tax sale for decades and has made millions doing it.The book is about 40 bucks but gives  example after example of deals he has completed with results.

I don't recall what book I read but it stated that accepting pets gives you a competitive advantage.
