We have our on-site cleaners, and then a floater who functions as backup for the occasional mess, and to haul laundry which is taken care of off-site, then bundled back up and bagged, to be picked up early in the day before the next turnover.

Not saying you can't look at 15 applications and select the best in some situations, but sand bagging and holding out can lead to problems where you'll be hiring an attorney!

If so, the deed of trust/mortgage and some other docs in the package will need to be notarized... so that requires either an attorney-in-fact in the states (the POA would need to be approved by the lender and title in advance) or access to an official in Kuwait who can take a proper acknowledgement and authenticate your docs.

months ago i had found a tiny zip locked bag with a few crystals in it the washer and didnt think much of it til i came back from vacay/business abroad to be told by neighbors left and right that my tenants in the rental unit of my duplex have turned the place into a 'meth house' (right) and that people are up all night vomitting loudly on a nightly basis (left) and now noticed the same thing again in the dryer this time, a tiny zip lock baggy with just a couple grains of what looks like large sugar crystals.. what should i do with it?
