Hey @Richard Diaz,There is a group of real estate investors in the SE CT area that have been meeting on a monthly basis.

This concept only exists in the SE and SW of Seattle as prices for SFR in prime neighborhoods are out of control, but the model could be applied to other areas of King County, parts of Pierce and Snohomish without problems.

@Shane Cook If you are staying in SE Wisconsin, and we can assume $50,000-$100,000 SFR or duplex, range is $300-$600.

Hello Biggerpockets.comI’m from SE NM and I found this site while googling info on rental loan information.I’m a general contractor by day who is looking to expand my rental properties for retirement purposes.

Over the past few months, I have gone all over NE and SE  neighborhoods (Anacostia, Deanwood, Randle Heights, Benning Road etc), and also bid for a few houses.

I don't have any real estate experience per se', but currently work as a mortgage loan processor.

We aren't making enough revenue yet to justify electing to be taxed as an SCorp, so haven't realized the SE tax savings.Another factor is how you will fund your deals.
