I plan to remove the pet rent amount, I believe I need to amend the lease to make this official.Can you please share the document that you use so that I can repurpose.

The lawyer will more than likely set up a membership purchase agreement, handle any amendments to articles and operating agreements, assignment of interest, and any other items that need to be handled.

It's not just about paying off past due debt. you MUST get some sort of agreement in writing to have the creditor amend your credit report as appropriate.

One thing you can do is amend your tax returns though to get credit for that depreciation.

Also, if you do consider amending their lease it's a good idea to require renter's insurance.

I've got enough of a track record that my lender will even amend the note if I want to increase the balance.  

See if you can speak with someone in management, HR or even your company's owner to potentially amend the 401(k) plan defaults. 

I actually had to state what my fee was on the amendment to the contract for purchase and they had to sign it!
