Fees to add after moving in
Hi-
My tenent in a single family house has requested permission to get a dog. They already have a couple cats and pay $30/month extra for that.
If they get a dog - requested German Shepherd or pitbull - then I will need to replace a fence. I think that will cost $3k. Plus I think we'll get extra wear and tear.
I'm inclined to just say no...Or give them option to pay $3k fee (so I rebuild fence) plus $200/month. But I feel like it might be better to just say no.
Thought?

Your insurance company will definatly say no. You should do the same.
