WillAn ARM is not even close to what I'm talking about.

I recently exited the Army and am using my MGIB to go to school.

: 2 days after sending e-mails to an Altisource  worker (they are with Ocwen/Hubzu),  with a foreign accent, I was  hacked by an Indian microsoft impersonator.

That date works find for us, if the Army says it's okay!

I am also in the Military (Army) and that question has crossed my mind.

The interest rate is a ridiculous 7% (which I'm working to refi now).A potential capital partner (old Army buddy) from Colorado says he will match my equity if I agree to sell it to an LLP we plan to establish (skin in the game).  

If other investors door-knock here and there, organize a door knocking army that canvases the neighborhood.

well its took 3 years a few deployments with the army and my wife and I going to a Dave Ramsey course out on at our church to finally get our priorities straight, and now we are really starting to look good financially.

As far as fixed rate vs an ARM, I typically steer people away from ARM's.
