In the valley a bath towel draped over the pipes outside will prevent the frost, takes more than that in the higher elevations.

I don't believe in trying to force reviews to falsely elevate your rental above others.

If this is in a condo simply get on the elevator and you will stumble with a housekeeper.

Get yourself a low key, non-pushy elevator pitch.

Give the same speech to everyone  else and live it. 

They need a central lobby / elevators and I would say 150 units or more to make it worth the capital expense of the machine and the money to fill (for us at least).
