If you haven't already, subscribe to the podcasts, (RE Rookie, BP RE Podcast, BP Money, and if that's not enough, add On The Market). 

I would start by reading the introduction to real estate articles here and subscribe to their podcasts.

I believe some BP members subscribe to services that give them lists of people who have notices of default filed against them.

Subscribe to my blog and look for a post titled "How We Increased Our Credit Rating."  

I just subscribed and downloaded your first podcast.  

I subscribe to several Wholesalers youtube channels, I've read a ton of books & I try to listen to the BP Podcasts every morning.

Is anyone a current subscriber to its national data?

There are plenty of threads on how unhappy we all are with Airbnb's treatment of hosts around here: forced 100% cancellations, the new 40 page cleaning manual and 24 hour between guests suggestion (although guests will be able to see if we are subscribing to that suggestion so it's not really a suggestion), and the insulting bone we have been thrown with the 25% of our existing cancellation policy direct deposit too little too late.Some hosts I know are snoozing their Airbnb listings in protest, some are taking measures to push more bookings toward other platforms and direct bookings.
