I've learned that ... ...I don't like flex options, however they may be a necessary evil when dealing with a skittish seller. ...that contingency is a good thing... well I knew that, but you've streamlined the definition and now I won't sound really really dumb when using the word.

It's a little more streamlined than Keycheck IMO and their e-sign feature is a lot easier to use for both myself and the prospective guest.

It won't allow carry out showings and inspections for you but it will enable you to automate or streamline a lot of the day-to-day tasks (rent collection, tenant screening, accounting, etc), giving you more time for other things.

There is no information on the form and I am being asked to sign it, (Doc sign it) lender is like, it is a streamlined refi no need for that information, but there is nothing in the form that says information isn't needed for streamlined refi.

A few posts from the forums and now your insightful posts/responses streamlined steps helped me get past that.I’m now researching to get 1) Deal under contract and 4) business plan to close 1) including the value add/ asset management.If there is a MFR deal with 50k-70k and 25k in renovations I know I can get / have the finances aligned.

I am also a newbie in the line of Wholesaling and trying to gather a streamlined process that works.Also for Wholesalers investor should they put their business entity under LLC or S Corp and what is the good source to register and what are the cost factors.For Landlords with 2-3 properties should they have it under LLC knowing there is a risk of Due on sale clause of the loan when a rental property is moved to an LLC.
