I know you can only place one house on the lot because I spoke to the city Planning & Development sector and they told me this.Question: What do I do with this land?

For example we have a massive influx of people coming into Idaho from California and they are the largest sector of buyers for our area. if you can't rely on your realtor you may need to start posting advertising and other places. have you advertised on BiggerPockets marketplace?

As far as specific areas, Clovis is "divided" into 4 sectors (north/south/east/west oriented).

That is why almost ever high level operator in any sector I've run into works with RE advisors and only gets involved at 10,000 ft.

Seems this is the only sector of professional services that WE pay for that we can't select-- ludicrous. 

Hi @Tedroy Johnson - My wife works in the public service sector up that way and states the economy is very grim and does not have many job opportunities.

Lots of new jobs from the health care sector and the military presence is very strong.

I have previous experience from the HoReCa sector and have served as a professional soldier in the Norwegian Army.
