Is this merely a tactic to scare me into financing something that I am not legally obligated?

I'm not a typical "rental investor", merely a homeowner who has rented their property out for the first time, so this is my first (of many) questions.  

Stay away from the “guru” sales-pitch events - they rarely increase your investment knowledge, they merely empty your wallet!

Merely delaying signing or making any sort of decision to rescind the offer. 

But, by all means, withold any and all payments if they can't pass a mere inspection by the city, not a home inspector.

But I put that out there merely to say that I can have a vacation spot and be happy with any returns from it... or no returns at all.

LLCs (in most states) do not require ANY of this, merely forming and documenting  ownership thru an LLC, and keeping it in good standing, is sufficient.  

Anyone got a VA team that specializes in merely that?

My point is that people are not even considering the notion that Obama could have won because he was a better candidate than McCain, that people like him for what he said or merely because people didnt like McCain.
