I have fond memories of canoeing on Lake Terrell. 

You’ll be fine-in my opinion, even if you Refi out of a VA loan for your current triplex just to free up a no money down, VA loan for an owner occupied 4 plex.Truth be told I’m under contract on a SFR and Duplex (same deal) and I think within 6 mos this will all be a memory, with no impact to RE beyond the next 60 days of work restrictions, social distancing, and potential missed rents.

I spent my summers In Winneconne on the West side of Lake Poygan at my Grandpas cabin.. this was late 60s LOL  still have fond memories..

Yes, sorry, I was going off memory which was a mistake.

One main reason is banks here have very long memories and all those GC;s who had to BK they are now feeding in the HML trough.. and HML did not get into vertical construction until about 3 or 4 years ago.. so you had no credit only the big nationals had money to build 2009 to about 2015 and select few private companies.
