Hi NateYou want to start to vist MH parks in your area and ask the park managers if they have any fixer mobiles for sale.Some will cooperate and some wont.They need to allow you to fix it up and sell to a park approved buyer.Start with all ages parks 2 bed 2 bath or larger 1977 year built or newer.You might want to get Bill Neves course as it will save u lots of time.
