new agent/first listing question
What's up everyone, first post here! found a lot of help here so far and I even ordered the flipping houses book! Should be here tomorrow and I look forward to it hopefully helping me in my real estate investing career! The reviews look promising.
So I just got my first listing from a FSBO. It's listed at 699,000, it's a home a few minutes away from mine. I'm having some help by another agent who is more experienced! We have a 6 month contract. We have a photographer coming to the home in 4 days.
My question is how I can I generate more potential for it to sell? I'm 24 and I told the very cooperative (single lady) that if she needs help with anything call me and I'll help; for example getting the old jacuzzi out of the home and possible pressure washing...is that ok to do? It's my only listing and I really wanna focus and do all I can to have it sell. It's in great condition and can even house horses and it's on the lake! We are putting up a sign out front and gonna do some open houses. I want to put signs randomly around town too...pretty sure that's allowed....
Sorry for the long post...any help is greatly appreciated.
