Few things especially since you are in Gilroy.- new listing dropped heavily because almost noone want to sell or refi their home, per statistic basis 80% of homeowner have less than 70%LTVand half percent has sub 3% rate.- there's deal still, but very little and that's the deal that's coming from Q3-Q4 2022 supply where number home for sell is higher than usual.- having said, yes, there's almost no deal, when I checked in February, I only see 2-3 houses that generated interest and many of them sold way above listing price.- because of this I expect home price to keep going up.
