They left the unit in very bad shape (holes in walls, cigarette smoke smell, soiling and damage from unauthorized pets, graffiti and intentional damage, unflushed turd and vomit in the toilet, drug paraphernalia and liquor bottles, disgusting furniture and trash left behind, fridge, dishwasher and oven looked like crime scenes, cockroaches in the cabinets, grease down the drain, literally the works).

So, I would just tell them that it is not made for the weight or the heavily soiled/dirty commercial items or the cleaning solvents that are on the commercial items she was washing when you visited.

First, when I allowed dogs they would soil in the yard, and nobody would take responsibility. 

We've rented for 3 years with zero issues. 7 months ago we rented to a girl named Sandi and another girl named Lily.

For septic it all depends on the type of soil content and how fast the soil can absorb.

Driveways, storm pond , storm sewer, signage, fences, sidewalks, fire hydrants, fire suppression, external water/sewer/electric/fiber hookup,  internal utility runs, soil compaction, epa, flood zone, flood plain, natural water flow off property, hvac, etc.

@Sandy Blair I had to end up getting a decent car because I drive a little over 100 miles a day for work.
